It's not a problem unique to Del Taco. Twice now I've stopped at KFC two hours before they close and they are out of extra crispy chicken. I walked into a retail store yesterday and was yelled at by the cashier that they were closing in 5 minutes. I get wanting to not waste product because it was made and didn't sell and employees wanting to go home, but if you can't provide your product to the public then change your hours.
Just go the taco truck they are. Open 24 hours man
