I currently have a boss who is making deductions from my check that are not work related. I've have written him two times stating that I dont want him doing so. And now he is taking my entire check. What are my options s?

If my employer consistently calls me at home to discuss work related issues I am not getting paid for this time, what can I do?

I have just one question... if an employer doesn't want their breaks why do you fine people and where does that money go? Because honestly that ruins people's jobs. Most people look for a hand out if something is wrong but me no ... I just don't understand what happened to choice .. like if I want to work 8hrs without a break why would you fine my job? Isn't it my choice and then it's a few hundred like who gets that for nothing ? Honestly tired of it. I get in trouble cause I don't want lunch because of this labor board law. Should be freedom of choice ... js
