I had my case reviewed by Joe, he handled everything and made me feel well that all was done properly and on a timely matter! I’m absolutely happy how it all turned out! Will recommend them for your unfair paid wages! Thank you again 🙏🏻

Wish I could rate a zero I’m a single parent working two jobs and still not making enough to support my family it’s crazy how minimum wage is so low when the rent is so high but there is always things being rebuilt when more sources and more pay should be giving to the community something is definitely not right

After reading the reviews and personally experiencing a complete lack of action with clear evidence that my employer was not paying my wages, It is very clear this public service that is funded with tax payer money is providing a complete disservice to the hard working citizens who are mistreated by their employers in Clark County. The appointed individuals should be ashamed for what they have/have not done and should be held accountable.

I can't express myself in how relief and grateful I am with Labor Commissioners. My audit Investigator "Joe", was amazing. My previous employer neglect to pay me my final check when I had all the proper evidence to proof I did not received it. Unfortunately the process did took a while but that was because the Employer refuse to respond in all source of manner. Every step of the way Joe was always updating me and he will recommend few things here and there since this was my very first time going through something like this. At some point my life started falling apart and I just had gave up my hopes that I wasn't ever going to get my money for what I had work for. Out of no where I get an email from Joe stating they received my check from the Employer. I was so happy and thankful. All I could say is that don't give up, there's still a chance for you to be heard and helped. I truly recommend Labor Commissioner's and again so thankful for all the helped that Joe provided to me. You'r company is lucky to have a great person with heart. Thank you Joe!!!

Check the laws regarding salaried employees and their pay. It will clear this up for you in the proper legal terms.
They shouldn't dock you for breaks, just lunch which you are entitled to when you work 6 hours or more.
No you don't have to wait until regular payday.. state of Nevada labors states they have 3 days from date of separation, resigning, quitting, or fired to pay you. it's the law.
Sue them in the small claim court. Then also file a police report.
If my employer consistently calls me at home to discuss work related issues I am not getting paid for this time, what can I do?
In the labor commissioner office you can fill out an application, they have people who speak Spanish, you just need your ID, something to prove the hours you worked, and to ask your bosses for your payment. With your application they ask your employer for the money in 1 to 2 weeks they notify you. PS you don't need insurance.
Yes, you need to tell the lab. Comm. Investigator to pull those records from the company. by law they have to "produce" themm for you!
Typically 10 years
7.50 per hour if the company offers benefits, 8.50 per hour if not. This will change January 2020, 75 cents per year until the minimums reach 11 and 12 respectively.
Yes but for many different reasons and any one of them aren’t good for you. Try to always ask yourself, is this part of my job responsibilities? Does this produce a positive work environment? If you start getting NO answers, you’re probably within grounds for being let go.
Contact the labor commissioner office. Also go to their website and file a claim online. It is very easy to do. Also don't use chrome to fill out form, it freezes when entered numerical data. Use IE OK r Firefox
file a complaint, if you had to be there at certain times then you should have been an w2 employee and he is avoiding paying taxes. Turn him in.
