My friend and I are from CA and we came in to get a tattoo, they we’re so so so so nice. They made us more than comfortable in an environment we’re not use to. They were very respectful and made our experience there an enjoyable one. I am definitely going back there again. Yes you have to make an appt, but I know this place for more than 10 years and it's very nice, to let someone to do something permanent in your skin you have to feel a connection with the artist and I can tell you this place has that, so go for it.
I would assume whatever complies with local and state laws. Likely requires leagal gardian for minors. Good ppl, just call and ask, their easy to talk to.
