Waited a long time in line, when it was my turn to have my order taken, cashier number 1 turns to cashier number 2 and tells them they are going in a break, with a long line at 1240 on a monday in the middle of lunch rush. No changes have been made in the past few months
It's very busy there is not much else around

I'm in Wendy's and standing there, waiting for my order. A young female employee is talking to a young couple who are customers. She's talking loudly. I happen to look their way. She says, "under her breath", but loud enough for me to hear from across the restaurant, "Whatchu looking at, white woman"? As I take my seat after getting a fork, she proceeds to discuss (with a voice loud enough for me to hear, but in a lower volume), her theory on how white people and black people eat at different times of the day (which I gather comes from her observations of customers). At present, black customers outnumber whites. From that one-sided conversation, she proceeds to talk about school uniforms (my daughter is present and wearing her school uniform). As we are eating our meal, a loud discussion between the employees over near the registers erupts. It soon sounds like an argument. The topic seems to be about who works the hardest. She is arguing with the manager as we are leaving.
This Wendy's has improved this past 2 months. It looks like they've done some hiring. They are still a tad slow, but its a step up
