How do I speak to a representative? I am looking for a particular item. I've tried to use the number listed on the website and it goes to voice mail, but the store hours show this location as open.

Unfortunately, they are often tightly staffed, and have difficulty getting to the phone. Either be persistent, or make a visit to get your answer.

Sometimes it take awhile to get a hold of the person you need to talk to on the phone. If you go to the store they are there and that seems to be the best way to talk to them.

It would probably be best to visit the location and ask in person. If this is convenient for you. They are generally very busy with donations and can't always get to the telephone.
