That's the central office 717 Madison st. Kenton county address is 20 West 18 th Street next to the med clinic.
8 or 9 am to 3. Call for an appt and to find out what documentation you need.
They gave me address for upcoming appointment @ 13 West 7th St. In covington ky. Could anyone please tell me what this address is next to? Thank you, im a little confused.☺
