My experience there was very good. People were friendly and willing to help. Same day service will depend on what you need or order. For me, it was around two weeks for my order.

I brought in my paper with prescription on it. Not easy one, it took 10 days. They had to order my right eye lens. The glasses was done right on time and still work great. The service was ok. About 15 ppl working there all chatting with each other. Took me about 45 mins to pick out frames and order them. Ill go back in future if needed. :)
