I believe their office to accept applications is closed on Wednesdays but the front desk is open and Im pretty sure you can still pick up the application fill it out and bring it in the following business day. You also need to bring proof of income and if you receive public assistance then also a whis form and section 8 print out the application usually has a complete list of things u need to bring in with it. And heads up its first come first serve in the mornings till the list is full for that day so you should get there first thing in the morning. The line gets pretty long quick, I've seen it wrap half way around the building a few times. U should also call pge when you go to handel your application and make arrangements so your utilities dont get shut off. Let them know your turning in the app with EOC
