I agree, I called with a concern over how my daughter was treated by the clinician! The supervisor was extremely rude and acted as if she didn't have time to hear my concern. She continually talked over me and down to me. When I requested a switch to a Liscenced Clinician to conduct the Therapeutic Visits, they told me no bc the non-custodial parent would have to approve it. My child does not feel comfortable going there and I would not recommend it. If you find an answer to that question, please share. Thank you.

If you're on their schedule for your visit that day they will hold their scheduled visit time unless you get a phone call to say the visit is cancelled.
