If people is working from Madera to Coalinga to work on the fields and is not possible to work because is raining. Is for law to get payed some hours?

It depends on how many hours you wait there at the field and are asked to wait by a supervisor. Contact the Agricultural Labor Relations Boards,...they are good people and are the ones best to help farmworkers for these labor issues.
