To be honest it looks like they always are staffed but for some reason they make people wait. I was there 1 time and it was very empty it took me 1hr just to receive my glasses, and people were getting front loaded
I should go back to him, he was so nice and helpful, but my aunt was so disappointed with that girl mayra she just refuses to go back there.
My daughter had to go back 4 times back.. And they never got her prescription right glasses were always different prescription.. Would not recommend this place

So i currently work here and yes if he is a single vision prescription and we have his prescription in our inventory we can make them same day
Tory yes they take vision insurance. Many types but the best thing to do is call them to see if they take your insurance

We had insurance but even with that we paid 200. We went in expecting the promotion as advertised by commercial. The glasses promoted were simple like grocery store quality, with absolutely no upgrades such as glare resistant ect.
