Yes, this is a community recreational center. Yes, you can get a membership as an adult (it is free to Rochester City Residents). The membership allows you free entrance to the various rec centers throughout the City. There are various weight lifting exerciser machines at this location. Gantt Rec Center has a larger selection of exercise machines. You can go online to find the various Rec Centers throughout the City, what hours they are open and what they have to offer. Enjoy.

Its a rec center for kids. I don't believe they allow adults.
