Go to their site (rochesterworks.org), mouse over services, mouse over For Job seekers, click on E-Learning, click on Available online courses, click on training grant, click on Login /Register, create an account and watch the video, it will explain the process.
RochesterWorks helps anyone who is looking for work, whether you are unemployed, employed, homeless, etc. The help they provide is to make you a more effective job seeker, so resume workshops, interview workshops, they have on-site interviews and a calendar of open interviews in the community on their site as well (rochesterworks.org) under services >for job seekers>recruiting and hiring events>job fairs. You can go to their site to schedule an appointment to meet with an advisor or call 258-3500 to do so by phone.
