The 2nd floor of the rec center is under renovations not the gym as of last week.
No there is no fee just go to Parks-City of Rochester online. And register

Hours of operation is usually 9 am til 9 pm except for holidays and weekends. Weekends are for 10 am til 6 pm.
I called about open gym and the guy said no theres not any open gym only whne theres a event going on i really dont understand what that even means
