I know that there is a infantry post just north of Ft. Lincoln. However, I don't recall the name. Could someone remind me what that was called?

Well, the initial infantry post was located on the high bluff overlooking the confluence of the Missouri River and the Heart River and was known as Fort McKeen, but was renamed as Fort Abraham Lincoln (1872-1891). However, the next infantry post to the north that I am aware of was Camp Hancock in Bismarck (1872-1877).
