Yes, there is fishing at Fort Lincoln has been for years. Ever since I was child, which is many years ago. So yes it is. Those that say no are definitely wrong.

LOL yes no yes no, does that answer the question? I wish! Haha So in effort to keep this accurate with useful info, I looked at their website. It states there is fishing from shore, a boat ramp, and a fish cleaning table 4 miles south of park. You'll find walleye, pike, & catfish.
