As many others have said they keep it very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. The digital scale has been missing in the Men's steam room for a couple months now. Wish it would return. Another thing I like is the atmosphere is not judgmental. People of all sizes and strength are able to get their work in no issues.

Great facility. A little overpriced in my opinion compared to other places. I go there because it's right next-door to my place. Still, would recommend checking it out!

It does in fact have a walking/jogging/running track above the gymnasium. 14 laps = 1 mile.
There are basketballs there, but you can bring your own if you prefer to.
