Why do you get charged 5 dollars for parking even though you get it validated at the aquarium. What a RIP off spent 45 dollars in all just to see something small and to park.

Hi Kim, how long were you at the mall? From what i understand, there should not have been any charge if you were in the aquarium, but if it was less then 3 hours it should have been free with validation.
