We were so impressed with Dean and his crew, the Brians(apparently 7 work there, not related). He made the impossible happen. After months of being ghosted by other dealerships, he came through. I highly recommend this dealership. Its worth the drive. They made everything so easy, we handled most of the paperwork at home before going over to pick up our beautiful new Silverado 3500HD Dually High Country. Let the Adventures Begin!!!

Appointment was supposed to take 45 minutes and it was an hour and a half. Was supposed to fill Def, when I got in truck it was still at the level I brought it in. I told them about it and they came out to "fill it" it's still only at 3/4 of a tank.

This appointment was to fix an incorrect window deflector installation by the dealer. After arriving for my appointment, I was informed the part needed had not arrived and they would reach out to me for another appointment once it was delivered (expected by the end of the day). It is now 4 weeks later. I have received no call from the dealership. I have reached out 4 times, all with no response.
