Not underneath the roofed section, where the stands are. Although behind the market area there's a small pier and park area thats very pretty, and a good place to walk a bit with your dog!
Dogs are allowed but not under the roof where food is being sold. Only on the outside of the structure.

No dogs in the pavillion! But there is a walking trail that goes right through the farmers market area. I took my dog last week and walked him on the trail.
You can bring your dog outside. Unless you have a service dog, I'm sure you could bring them in as anywhere else.
