The facility looks great, but the service is miserable. Doctors are not responsible - they chart incorrectly so that you have inaccurate information on your medical record, they leave out important details on your records and then refuse to change it. When trying to reach a supervisor you have to leave a message with a name and phone number with the promise of getting a call back - it has been weeks and I have yet to receive a call.
