When I tell you I despise this company, that is an absolute understatement. I wanted to scream at the people in the line to not buy into the bs specials they run. Went from paying a little over $100 a month to $236 and counting!! After all their bs surcharges and outages, I've finally had enough. Please do yourself a favor, if this is the only internet option in your area ONLY get the Ultra pack. Do not get anything more or anything less. For the price I was paying, I could have had all the streaming services and still would have paid less a month. Which is what I've finally done. I don't know whatever happened to the lawsuit about the price gouging and slowing down connections but this is one shady company that I really wish I didn't need for internet. Nothing but problems and extra charges. Next they'll start charging a sign in fee...smh

They had to come and change the cable wire to the land pole. Also, had to update the modem.
