Why am I still being charged for a cable box even when I don't use it at all? I have a Roku device and i don't need the box to connect to all the stations I need to watch.....I have had the charges posted on my account since June 2017. Thanks.

They just want your money take the box back to the office

The only thing I can say is that I would look in to other alternatives for just internet especially if you have Roku you don't need anything but internet I wouldn't use spectrum at all their garbage they rip you off they up charge all kinds of stuff there really shady company but the bad thing is is that they're the only company around Ithaca that provides internet that's easy access to get it but the fact that they rip you off in the process and scanned you a thousand times over it's not worth it to me I looked into other methods of getting internet there's a good one called netbuddybut yeah do some research for your area and try to find the alternate internet provider if you can stay away from spectrum I definitely 100% would not use spectrum at all in New York state but if you're stuck with him only do internet and pay very close attention to your bill because they're going to try to charge you all kinds of stuff that they should be charging you

Go to a representative at a Spectrum office. They will be happy to answer your questions.

You should really call in or stop into the office to ask that, Google won't really give you an answer that is helpful
