How much does a replacement ss card cost and what documents do i need for it?

Replacement cards are free and all you should need is a valid ID. However you can always call and check before going.

It does not cost anything to get a new card.

But I need an ss card to get an id. That's the only reason I need the card.

The card itself cost nothing. Most likely a state id card and birth certificate should do it
