To bad when you try and sell they stop the buyer from buying.... You have to give them 'Sashabaw Meadows' first option to buy and they will offer you bill to nothing for your home.... Then.... Well.... You know they'll mark it up.... I say..... You call around to other mobile home parks. They will help you move it and or flat out buy it from you and move it for you.... Don't let this community rip you off anymore... I wish I were in the spot to move on...
