Cushioned mailers unfortunately cannot be recycled, and should not go into any of the bins at the Timberline Recycling Center or in your curbside recycling. The best option for them is reuse, and if that isn't an option they should go in the trash.
Those are just trash. Only plastic film and containers are accepted at timberline .
