Whether to stay home or not during your house cleaning service is entirely up to you - we would never ask you to leave your own home! Our housecleaners have been trained to work around your needs and cause the most minimal disruption possible to your routine. We are currently practicing social distancing with our clients due to COVID, so we will simply ask that you remain a 6 foot distance from your maid for the duration of your house cleaning service. Many of our clients have us clean a basement, home office, or bedroom first and then occupy that area for the remaining of the cleaning. We are happy to clean around you in whatever way works best for your family - just let us know!

The first time we service any home, be it a one time cleaning or the first visit of a recurring service schedule, we clean the whole home top to bottom. This cleaning includes a wet wipe down all of all cabinet faces, doors, frames, baseboards, and other woodwork throughout the home, removal of cobwebs, dusting of ceiling fans, blinds, and light fixtures, as well as a deep scrub of the bathrooms and kitchen.

Our housecleaning staff will bring all of the supplies and equipment required to do their job with them to your house cleaning appointment. We provide all natural, non-toxic cleaning supplies, as well as an optional EPA registered disinfectant. All of our equipment is disinfected between jobs. We are happy to use your products or equipment if preferred, but it is not necessary.

We LOVE pets! Ask any one of our house cleaners what their favorite part of their job is, and they will almost certainly say loving on all the pets they meet while cleaning. The only time we will ever ask you to secure an animal is if they respond aggressively toward your housekeeper. If they are comfortable with us, we are comfortable with them, so please leave them out for us to love on!

For move-out cleanings we strongly encourage you to book up to 4 weeks in advance, as most of the cleaning services in Northern Colorado fill up for the end of the month, especially from May - August.
