Yes, however the golf cart must comply with state law regarding motor vehicles. It must have lights, turn signals, horn, etc.

I know you have to have 2 proofs of residency, birth certificate, and I believe $48. This is for Florida. Good luck. And you probably will have to do their eye test.
I think youd have to either call, send a letter, or drive back down to okeechobee for that, id try calling and mailing first.
It depends. Last time i renewed my drivers license was a yes but this year i had to go in. All states are trying to become True Id compliant so this year you may have to.
Yes, if they receive cards, they only charge you a surcharge.
