Don’t go to Macomb Manor Apartments, or anywhere under RESCCO. I’ve been waiting 8 weeks for my deposit refund. Every time I call they send me in circles it’s just horrible all around.

I have been waiting 10 weeks now for mine at another property they own. I am taking them to small claims court as well as I have already reported them to the BBB and Toledo Housing Court. We are getting ready to contact the local news station due to this situation and what current residents are experiencing.

Be prepared to wait even longer... and when you get your check make sure it clears. I moved out May 2019. Didn't get my deposit back till September (which was an extremely painful process to begin with.) Once I got the check, deposited it into my account, a week later it was returned by the bank who wrote it as being altered/ficticious. It is February 2020 and I am still waiting for my money back. They eventually stop answering your calls and emails, and their bosses also are never available or respond to the complaints. I emailed the president of the company....and received no response.. they don't care...

I have been waiting longer...much longer. They are the most unprofessional management company I have ever encountered and I worked in property management. They are true scam artists, thieves and liars. Can't wait to put the court documents on Google for everyone to view. In the age of social media I continue to be blown away by them.
