hey Aakash Basra.. It's nt free but the best way is to buy online entry tickets for wills tower instead of buying them inside .. saves little time + money, & the ticket is $ 20-30 / person.
You can walk inside for free. 2 or 3 floors only. Most of the area is restricted though. If you want to go to Skydeck on 103 floor, you have to buy tickets
