Did you not know that NOAA Weather Radio transmitter is located on an antenna up top of Willis Tower? It is operated by the National Weather Service.

Well, its know as Willis or SEARS Tower. Whatever the name is.

I didn't know, it is? Or, rather on top of SEARS Tower (but then they cucked out and renamed it Willis)...
