This pass was a great way to see the city in a weekend! Highly recommend reserving times, we did 360 deck at night and the sky deck in the morning for different pictures.

We booked the Chicago CityPass because of the discount, but mainly because of the fast entry to the various attractions. Everything really worked smoothly. Here every Chicago tourist can really save a lot of money and nerves. I really recommend this city pass without reservation.

Nope. If you pay the citypass it covers admissions for the places you want to go to. In their website it tells you the places and prices the citypass covers and you choose the Chicago citypass you want. I believe they have three levels with different prices and each different number of places you can visit. Highly recommend you save money and time with the citypass.
No, as per what Ella and Parismita have said. I've just purchased my second one this year. I highly recommend.

It depends on the place you are visiting. For example: Museam could have different rule then other Attractions. Call the places you are thinking of visiting with the Chicago city pass. I don't think Chicago city pass offers variable rate based on the age.
Hi Jacquelyn, By "City Card," do you mean the Go City products? If so, CityPASS is a completely separate company and CityPASS is not related to Go City. There are many differences between the products offered by the two companies. Chicago CityPASS includes 5 attractions and is valid for 9 days and currently costs $108. Go City Cards are purchased by the day or by the number of attractions and the cost varies; for example, a 5-day past cost $269 while a 1-day pass costs $114. For comparison to CityPASS, a 5-attraction Go City Card costs $135. Probably the best thing to do is to visit the websites of both companies. Hope that helps. Alicia
Hi Alicia UA is United Airlines Inc. Sorry for airliner's slang... ..
Hi there, They are not valid any longer, but you can get a refund as long as they are not used. You can submit a refund request at www.citypass.com/returns. Thanks, Alicia
Many companies have citypass at a discounted rate, so if you are working with some organization, try looking on your benefits page...they might have a collaboration with citypass
Hi there! Chicago CityPASS is valid for 9 days. The 9 days starts with and includes the first day you visit an attraction. In general, most tickets are good for one admission, but the SkyDeck ticket does include a same-night second admission, so you can see the view during the day and again at night. Thanks, Alici
Hi Zunaira, You can find all the included attractions and details at www.citypass.com/chicago. Adult passes are $108 and child passes are $89. The child age range is 3-11, so your 12-year-old would need an adult pass. Kids are definitely welcome at all attractions! Let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks, Alicia
Hello, The best thing to do is contact our customer service team and they can help you. You can find contact information at support.citypass.com. Thank you, Alicia
Just your ID and credit card will be enough
Skydeck, 360, bean, institute art in one day and aquarium, planetarium and museums other
I bought online last year and it was 120usd
You can definitely club Shedd Aq. And Field museum the same day.. Start with the Aquarium first. Thease two places are close by. Art institute needs at least 3 hrs inside .. may be more if you are a real art lover..It allows you in 10 am sharp.. You can start your day here by buying the pass. Later in the day you can visit the Skydeck.. a few blocks away. The Science museum is a bit far from downtown .. where you may need a taxi.. will take a whole day
If you are in Chicago you can go to one of the attractions for example the skydeck and there you buy it for the same price and it is easier
Hi Maureen, Unfortunately, we can't change the option tickets. However, included with your CityPASS tickets is a coupon for $5 off admission to Art Institute or $5 admission to Adler, so you can still see both attractions at a discounted price. I hope that helps! Alicia at CityPASS
Thanks to Toni and Jose for their help! They are correct; the tickets are good for a single admission to each attraction.
Thanks Ronoldi!
Information is available on their website.
They have a website.
