Nope. If you pay the citypass it covers admissions for the places you want to go to. In their website it tells you the places and prices the citypass covers and you choose the Chicago citypass you want. I believe they have three levels with different prices and each different number of places you can visit. Highly recommend you save money and time with the citypass.

Yes, CityPASS includes admission, and you don't have to pay extra. Chicago CityPASS does include "extras" such as movies, shows or special exhibits at many of the attractions. Before purchasing the City Pass, list of covered attractions are listed. By default, Passes cover GENERAL ADMISSION. Special Exhibit may be extra.
