Why dont they hire people who can deliver your appliances on the day and time you agreed on when purchased. And why do they tell you you SHOULD RECEIVE AN EMAIL SHOWING YOUR PAYMENT HAS BEEN REFUNDED. Been on hold 30 min waiting for her answer.

You are not the only one with this problem I know several people who had the same problem they took off of work for delivery and it never showed up

There are flukes in the system. I have no doubt your issue will get resolved. You are usually looking at a lot of money in items so they want to make sure its right. And sometimes thr delivery of larger items are done through 3rd party companies.
