The experience me and my family had with this company was great and everything has been high quality in terms of service and equipment. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs aid in keeping mobility in their home, as both caretakers and those needing care where considered. Jeff was very knowledgeable and tried his best to inform us and get us what we needed to allow my grandmother to stay in her house after an unforseen medical issue. He was able to take the information we could provide on her condition and guide us on what we needed so she could have access to all three floors of the house as well and coming and going from the house. He also worked with us on timing as best as possible to get everything taken care of before her uncertain return to home from medical care. He has even gone so far as to make multiple visits and calls to the manufacturer for a noise defect that does not effect the safety or function of one of the stair lifts until it was resolved. Jeff and JB have also been great in their communication about everything from service times to pricing and everything in between. Overall a great experience during a not so great time.
