They we're kinda of short staffed last I was here to purchase purchase upgrades. Stood around for almost 45 min. The employees I interacted with were nice. I was left to wait 3 times for 5 to 15 minutes while they went to either extensively greet another customer (which was weird because I wasn't given any attention at all other than told they'll get to me when they can), or they disappeared somewhere off the floor. I was disappointed to find out that I couldn't get the same deal/plan as the one listed on the Verizon website, but I'm not sure that's really this locations fault......or was it.....?🤔

I do not believe so. But you can get them in your Verizon Account. May have to wait for new billing.
