I purchased a Insignia air fryer on Monday 10/14/2021. On Best Buy on line. After having my product for over a year I received a letter the there was a recall on the Air Fryer I purchased, mind you my air fryer didn’t give me any problems, but I shipped it back and register it on line and the said it would take 3 -6 weeks to process and get my $50 Best Buy E card I never received it, matter of fact I’m still on hold on the phone and they gave send my call to ever one and still can’t talk to a manager This is crazy

They do offer repair but there are other cheaper options than geek squad as they are way overpriced
You would have to talk with the Geek Squad about it. If not you may be able to order what you need from a different vendor.

They have the geek squad that will look at electronics they do the best they can, and most of the time if its a small problem it will work. If its more complex then you really want the maker of the product to fix it anyway.

Yes if they can't there, then they send them out. For a minimal fee. That will call you and ask if you want it fixed. Usually the fee will go into fixing if you say fix it

You are not the only one with this problem I know several people who had the same problem they took off of work for delivery and it never showed up
