The owner of shine king want to loudly confront me about the condition of the boot. I only needed it to be glued. I didn't ask for a miracle. If he was not able to perform the simple task he should have not took my $18.50. And refused to refund.

I have nuthin but genuine respect and admiration for Mr.Cole 2 B in 1 Location when Sooo many more businesses have shut their doors or moved to better economically developed locations, the amount of disenfranchised people snd mentally challenged that are 4got about in that neighborhood who others have 4gotten about n gave up on, this man helps every1 while deliverin quality affordable repair of shoes and leather and suede products, they are truly craftsmen, go 2 any other shoe and leather repair places n see how much they charge U and are Much More Expensive then Shine King, they have several guys there who have over 25+yrs shinin shoes and their expertise are 2nd 2 none, i have taken many many pairs of shoes n leather coats 2 B repaired or shined and 1nce shine king shine your shoes, if U have a do it yourself kit, U can keep a good shine for 6mos 2 a year, I have brought expensive shoes with exotic skins and smooth leather shoes like Bruno Magli's that they've made em look like new!!
