Dogs need to be carried through the market. They can be put down to walk when not under the canopies.

Signs say no dogs. People do bring some, not a great place to have one, very crowded. We never bring ours, would stress her out, because of the crowds.
There is a sign that sez no dogs allowed, however, I have seen shoppers carrying small dogs under 10 lbs
