I am pretty sure they have it fresh, but not frozen. It is a farmers market after all;) The fresh tastes so much better anyway, although you have to do a bunch of stuff to it so that it isn't so stringly later. I saw many great recipes on Pinterest.
I would think not, everything is fresh from the farm.
