Jury duty is such a joke. You take 100+ people you may or may not need. Pay them for the commute from their home to the center but not back home. Offer no snacks, merely water or tea. Uncomfortable seats in an awkward and chilled seating area. 1 chair had a desk, that was pretty kool. To wrap it all up. No compensation for your presence. All this money we pay in taxes, fines, and fees with what to show for your "servants to the community" Be sure to tip your waiter

The family law judges are a far cry from fair. They need to remember that the father is a parent to.. they only worry about the mother even when she lies, said she lied and admitted to lying under oath but the judge says well maybe she didnt.. if you give a court order maybe you should enforce them instead of being a unfair p.o.s. the whole reason of a court order is to make rules and enforce it well unless it's the mother breaking it than you make up excuses why not to enforce it. I hope all of you get what comes to you and when you push a father around the way you do and treat them the way they do don't be surprised when one of them push back.you might be someone inside those four walls.. but once you come out your nobody and I hope you get treated the way you treat others.. just saying

This is the service you get after they ask for your vote. A recording to deal with

Yea. There are lockers outside the 505 building in the parking garage
It actually depends upon the type of case and what you are trying to vacate. There is a fee book available for download on the Circuit Clerks website.
Closed NEXT Thursday for THANKSGIVING
If you can't remember your code to the lock box, you can ask one of the security guards, and they will send a nice gentleman to help you retrieve it. You might have to wait until tomorrow morning.
You can go to the website: epay.18thjudicial.org and look it up by name or case number. The next court date(s) will be highlighted.
Max 5000$ 50$ but that was 10 years ago it's not bad shouldn't be much more than that
I don't think they do identification cards. I googled where to go but I forgot where

You have to talk about this issue with the Clerk of the Court. They will give you the answer.
No it's not
Um, I believe you go to the county clerk's office on the first floor of the courthouse and if not try either the 429 building or the 421 building.
Yes it was open, but the holiday (Father's Day) does not effect the courthouse hours.
Yes, you can.

DuPagecase.com search with your name or case number.
Is the hearing office opened
No idea if there's a hotel around sorry
If you had a lawyer you should call your lawyer and ask if they can get you a copy. They should have a copy of the Dissolution of Marriage. You could always go down to the Courthouse in Wheaton and get a copy from the Clerk of Court.
You can file from home. Courts are open for emergency cases only.
Keep an eye out to our website for further information as it becomes available.
Only if it does not have a camera on it.
421 building, County Clerks Office

There is no bag check. There are small lockers in the entryway to the parking garage you can use to store electronics, but they are small.

If you want to do it yourself, there are resources in the law library to get started or contact the DuPage County Bar Association. They have a lawyer referral service that can help you find an attorney that can best assist you. We can't give legal advice, but we can get you pointed in the right direction.
