Anyone know what the walking distance is for one lap around the inside of the mall?

When I use to work at the mall. I would normally see customers walk 4 times around. I am not sure how much distance it is.

I'm fairly certain it's a mile. A friend of mine used to walk it all the time and she said 1 lap = 1 mile. But I've never checked personally.
