Because they were vandalizing, shoplifting, and having sex in the bathrooms. All the while not buying anything. This mall has been the place for bored vero beach kids to go mess around for years and someone finally did something about it.
because think about this some kids take things not all kids i was. once a kid but i never took anything because raised that way and plus its good for kids spending time with their parents i have a good time with my parents now i don't have that anymore i would give anything to spend time with my parents again even at the mall these days the kids of today really don't spend time with their loveones im just saying treasure those moments with your love ones while you can you never know
Because a lot of kids these days don't know how to act in public without adult supervision..
Because some kids need someone to keep them in line
Its considered to be loitering to the police. Kids were disturbing customers that were actually shopping too much and there were too many complaints. So now the kids can be detained and the parents can get a fine and a court date.

They don't get adult supervision anymore, just send them to the mall...
