Contacting the franchisee is usually not allowed. Besides asking the manager to contact the franchise owner, emailing corporate is your best bet. Give them the store number (located at the top of any receipt) and they'll know who the owner is and can contact him/her. I agree though, service has hit rock bottom
I recently witnessed a worker at this location scoop fries up with bare hands and long fake fingernails, my husband and I canceled our order after that and my husband let the whole staff know how disgusting this McDonald's is being ran
