Mandatory kiosk use is a big no go. Cashier ended taking order anyways cause of time issue with breakfast on the app. Other than that it didn't take long, they were nice and got the order correct.

Drive through always has problems. Mobile order always has problems. Three occasions the family and I placed orders that were entirely incorrect. They would not fix the order or refund it. Employees are cold and rude and just stand around while there are 16 cars waiting in drive through to place an order. In short please avoid this location to save time and frustration

24hrs but too often not taking orders after midnight. Crew is there but says they're closed. #McHoodSpot

Questions & Answers

How do I contact the owner of this McDonald franchise? Place has gone down hill with regardard to quality of service abd customer satisfaction. Manager is awful and could care less how clients are treated. Just a shame!

Contacting the franchisee is usually not allowed. Besides asking the manager to contact the franchise owner, emailing corporate is your best bet. Give them the store number (located at the top of any receipt) and they'll know who the owner is and can contact him/her. I agree though, service has hit rock bottom

Why so you only accept door dash orders or Uber eats orders at 5:00 in the morning with a sign that says drive thru open 24 hours? This is infuriating and it seems multiple locations have a lost of problems.

The eateries were hit hard after having to close due to the pandemic. Their recovery has been painfully slow as they are having difficulties trying to find and hire people to work.

Is it normal for your staff to not know the difference between a meat party and a crispy chicken?
