If I could give zero stars I would ..there’s never anyone at the register and mobile orders are NEVER ready .. be ready to wait like 20 minutes to put an order in .. good luck

I'd give it less than zero if I could. Try going there after pool league and 3 our of 4 times they do not even answer drive thru window. Had 2 cars pull away and leave before me tonight. A woman asked if I had some sort or rewards. I answered no. Proceeded to order food and no one ever responded. Sat there quite a while. Honked horn nothing. Pulled up to window. Someone was mopping. Honked. No answer. Knocked on window. No answer. They were supposed to be open another 30 minutes but nothing. Drove away. Lousy business. No service at all. Happened 3 times.

I ordered two iced coffees through the app and then proceeded to wait 20 minutes without any drinks. I ended up leaving because the service was HORRIBLE!

Every corner is cut on their food anymore. Hamburger is tasteless. Chicken sandwiches come with nothing on them. Fries aren't filled. Took longer to get my pop than it did my food.

Why do they suck? Let me count the ways. 1. UNprofessional. 2. When you wait in the drive thru for half an hour and then someone pulls up to the other window and gets helped and then up you can hear the employees LAUGHING about ignoring you. HORRIBLE

This really is the worst McDonald's. They never get your order right and are frequently out of things. One day they were out of anything chicken, fries, big mac sauce, and carboniation. Like, damn, thats half the menu!

Not a good experience

I just want to know what were the employees doing on 4-9-21 when there was nobody inside, and 10 cars lined up at the speaker, but NO cars at the windows to pay or pick up food. Everyone left the line after waiting 20 minutes an no one taking orders.

Try calling and if they don't answer again go up there with your recite and tell them what's wrong.

I went inside to order breakfast & as I was waiting for my food, I saw an employee open the caramel sauce that is used in the coffee WITH HER TEETH. I told the manager, who threw it away. Disgusting. I'll never go back.

Not surprising as this McDonald's has the worst customer service in the city.

We buy two large decaf coffees every day. The price $1. We were charged $1.29 and the associate insisted the price was $1.29. Why isn't the correct price programed into the register. We are tired of getting over-charged.

The coffee prices being $1 is a promotion that mcdonalds holds twice every year. The normal price of a large coffee IS $1.29. i would not recommend going to the one on laskey, very unprofessional there.
