We had to come to this restaurant because the closest to us was only open for drive-thru Door Dashers, which is ludicrous. The women working the windows were both awesome, friendly, and kind. Props to the kitchen staff also! 😊
Yes they are rude and if you tell them your missing a 1.00 fry they act like your lying,come on its a 1.00 item not a 5.00 one. I'd rather drive to Navarre ave. One. There customer service sucks.
I understand what all of you are saying regarding the staff at this locale, however my last visit I actually was greeted by a smiling, friendly woman at the last drive thru window. This site seems to always have the most bitter unhappy people at work, which is why I will drive noutta my way another 15 mins roundtrip to just not have to go to this McDonalds... Just had to say for once, I had a happy experience this time with McDonalds on Main St Toledo OH 43605.

It's a 24 hr. Restaurant. So breakfast/lunch/dinner is any time.
