Go to the Apple website or use the built-in tutorials that come with the programs or use Google/YouTube. The programs are quite easy to use, in fact in the time that you would spend calling briarwood or going to the Apple store for answers you'll have mastered them to the point that you'll be posting your own video in how to use them!

They are asking about the apple version of word and excell (Pages and numbers...) Unfortunately I don't know the answer. I'd call the store and ask!
