I visited the location at 4801 Washtenaw I worked with a Mr. Timothy James he was very efficient in helping us to locate the style of furniture we were looking for. Delivery day the furniture doesn't fit. We go back and in a collaboration wit Me. Jim they rectified the issue and went above and beyond what we expected. Thanks fellas

Simply ask at the desk
Never had them deliver, I don't believe they do, maybe through a third party. they do a fantastic job tying it to the roof of your vehicle if you have a rack up there, awesome service and friendly staff
